Meet Andrew

Andrew Sanderson comes from a family of successful real estate agents, and says that real estate is in his blood.
With over 10 years of experience during the toughest of economic times, Andrew has learned to execute deals in a creative, resourceful and diligent manner.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Interpersonal Communications, which has greatly helped him in the real estate industry, where nurturing relationships, and acting as a mediator between sellers and buyers is his primary focus.
What Andrew enjoys most about working as a real estate agent is the relationships he cultivates with endless types of people from all walks of life.

Trust and service are the core of his business model whether it’s getting them top dollar for their home, or finding a place that perfectly fits their needs. He is a teacher of the business so his clients can make an informed decision that meets their individual needs. He sources honesty and factual information, as his top priority when helping clients through the real estate transaction. Andrew says, “The best customer is an educated one” with Integrity and Competence as his mantra.

Andrew has listed and sold over $250M of real estate since 2008 with NJAR Circle of Excellence Awards in 2009 & 2010 (Bronze), 2011 (Silver), 2012 (Gold) and 2013 – 2018 (Platinum). Andrew has sold over $200M worth of Real Estate since 2013 which puts him in the top 1% of Realtors in NJ. Andrew was also ranked #1 for most units closed out of 8000+ Keller Williams agents in the Tri-State Region 3 years in a row (2013, 2014, 2015) and was ranked in the top 100 brokers in America for 2016, 2017 and 2018, in Real Trends 500 . He attributes his success to the approach he takes, which focuses on making a lasting impression on every client he encounters by offering integrity, experience and a vast knowledge of the business.

In 2013, Andrew started his team, ‘The Sanderson Group’ as a means to facilitate his clients on a larger scale. As his business grew from NYC to Northern and Central Jersey, it became imperative he would need build a team under him to continually provide the highest level of service.
